Weird Symptoms with no answers

A friend of mine has gone throught a lot of tests trying to figure out what is wrong.  She has had the following test and alllll have come back normal:
Brain Scan
MRI
Blood Tests
EEG


This is what happens when she gets an 'episode'.

Blindness in 1 eye with no warming of any kind of the problem
There is pressure in her head, but it is not a headache
She gets very confused.  So much so that she cant put sentences together properly and cant remember words.
She gets EXTREME fatigue
with loss of feeling in extremities.

After an episode like the above occurs, for about 3 or 4 days she is completely disoriented, is EXTREMELY fatigued and cant seem to 'get it together'.

She is getting nothing back on her test results other than that they are normal.  Anything that you could suggest would be great.

Wow...that almost sounds like stroke symptoms.  My mother in law gets something like that and they call it, Global Transient Amnesia.   They have done tests on the arteries in her neck to check for blockages, etc.  They put her on aspirin and I think when this happens blood thinner.   But, don't take anything, just have her present the idea to her doctor.

It is ossible she should go for a second opinion as I  think going blind in one eye is something they need to addresss what did the Doctor say about it? did they have any diagnosis?
