Weird bumps all over my body

I have these weird bumps all over my body that itch so bad it's out of control. I have had them for about a week and everyday I get new bumps. They are small red bumps and some of them have like a liquid inside them it could be pus but I don't know for sure. When I scratch the liquid comes out then it scabs up. The bumps started appearing on my stomach near my ribs and slowly but surely it has spread to my legs, arms, chest, and back. I have used the anti itch creams and antibiotics but I have not found any relief. I am curious to know what they are so if someone out there knows or can help me out, maybe direct me to someone who can tell me what they are I would appreciate it so much. I am tired of itching so much and honestly it has become a little embarrassing to be scratching in public but I can't help it. Thanks in advance.

I read your profile; you have alot of animals.  Are you sure none of the animals have fleas?  Sounds like you may have flea bites.  It is definitely some type of allergic dermatitis.  Have you changed body lotions or soap?  Are you using a new detergent to wash your clothes in?

You can also try to use an oatmeal soap.  This is great for very dry, itchy skin or irritated skin.  You can buy the soap over the counter in a pharmacy.

Was the anti-itch cream with an anti-histamine or a corticosteroid?

Could it be poison ivy or poison oak?
