Weird rash after sore throat
So I'm male 32 in general good health. I had a mild/moderate sore throat recently for a few weeks. It's slowly subsiding, however the weird red marks it made are not completely clear (they are faded for sure, but seem to be staying around.)
Is this a bit weird? Or do you think they'll fade over time. Don't feel like I need an antibiotic (and don't like taking them for nothing)

Do you have any other symptoms such as fatigue, low grade fever? If you are concerned, I would ask your doctor, but, these could just be the remnants of the infection.
