What are these bumps that keep popping up randomly?

it started with one bump, on my ankle. it was itchy and like a knot. I scratched it until it bled and it healed 3 days later... Then i had 2 come out on the back of my head, as well as swollen lymph nodes in my neck.. they healed after 4 days... then it went into my right ear. was painful, not itchy & pus came out. It also went away 3-4 days later. Then i had one on my right index finger and 2 on my right pinky! They were warm to the touch, swollen, red, itchy... went to doctor and they said it was Cellulitis. They put me on bactrim 2 times a day for 10 days.. i just finished my last pill last night. My fingers are looking much better and besides redness still being present, all is okay. Now i have a bump on the side of my right buttcheek.. it doesn't have a white dot on it, it itches, and feels like a knot under it.. could this be a bug bite, or is cellulitis still in me??

You should see your dr ASAP. Call your dr office and ask to speak to the nurse, and make an appointment. If symptoms persist after completing the treatment, you made need additional treatments.

Just wanted to add that i have PCOS, Hypothyroidism, i've only been taking Levothyroxine, Femara & Clomid, and of course my recent antibiotic for what the Dr thought was cellulitis.
