What is the source of my dizziness and muscle pain?

I'm a man in my 30s and I've always had two problems that I thought may be related:

1-Dizziness/spaciness, like when you have a hangover. A lot of foods and supplements can make me dizzy such as 2000 IU of vitamin D, half a gram of vitamin C, spirulina, L-tyrosine and more, for example drinking a cup of tea can make me feel dizzy. I'm also sensitive to MSG and moreover the effect of coffee or sleep medications lasts on me for longer than most people.  One blood work I did in the summer showed high BUN but normal creatinine.

2-Muscle pain, fatigue and a general sense of ill-being. The interesting and mysterious part is that most of the time when I take ibuprofen, these symptoms almost disappear. So can the problem be inflammation? But where in my body and why?
