What is this painless lump underneath the skin of my neck

Hi I have had this small pea sized lump on the left side of my neck right above my collar bone for nearly 9 years now  18 years currently. It has never gotten bigger it moves around and feels rubbery it is painless. I have never really paid much attention to it since I have never had any symptoms plus all the blood scans and x rays I've gone for have never spotted it. I've done a little research about it and am scared cause I've read all sorts of cancers and lymphomas related to the lump. Am I just in over my head or could something really be wrong am scared of getting bad news from the doctor

Someone will need to see this for a diagnosis,  but it should not be serious.  Most likely it is a cyst or a pimple type oil that has gone dry.
