Some kind of asymptomatic infection !! - Hair loss & uncomfortable pain in my Knees

Hi all,

I am having extreme levels of hair fall and uncomfortable pain in my knees ( not a shooting pain ). I am scared to death, because i kissed my gf and she also started having extreme hair loss now. No STD's tests are positive - HIV antibodies, TPHA (syphilis), Gonorrhea & chlamydia (blood & urine, did not took one for throat as we do not have a test here - however i started on doxycycline for past 1 week to fix any kind of infections ), Herpes 1,2,are negative. But i did find out that i have Herpes zoster antibodies ( i had Acyclovir for a week and it came down to 6 - normal levels ).. Normal TsH levels, normal ESR levels ( 12)..

Low ferretin levels, low Vitamin D levels - we had iron & cholocalciferol medications, but did not seems to help.

I never had any other symptoms like swollen lymph glands, or fever or nausea or dizziness or hospitalised etc.. my gf gets UTI sometimes when have sex, no discharges, no cramps or pains

can someone pls pls help us out to find out what is the issue with us ? what tests to go for ? ..

pls help, may God bless you..
