What is wrong with the Nerves in my leg?

My leg has been stiff for about over a year in a half now. Ever since I was released from hospital almost 2 years ago(they told me I had an anxiety/stress attack) my leg has been stiff like I have overactive nerves in my leg. I went to 3 doctors about a year ago and they took blood and says my blood work comes back normal. I dont know what to do what is wrong with my leg? I can still walk and do normal things but its just feels really stiff and my  nerves in general seem really jumpy @ times like butterflies in my chest..if its not my chest feeling jumpy it switches too my leg feeling stiff like the nerves arent calm. Please help

your welcome, and i just remembered something else as well.  I looked it up ill copy and paste

Potassium and magnesium directly affect how your muscles perform when you need them most, and if you don’t have enough of these nutrients your leg muscles will respond stiffly if they respond at all.
A potassium deficiency is one of the main causes of muscles that don’t perform like they are supposed to. Potassium is required for muscle contractions; when it is not in the body in high enough amounts, muscle spasms, stiffness and cramps are common symptoms
ask the pharmacist first before taking both together or try one first then if it dont work try the other but magnesium and potassium are 2 very likely options.

I have a side effect from my mood stabilizer which causes my body to lack magnesium.  That causes your muscles to spasm though.  My legs spasm so bad at times it makes the bed shake.  Plus all the other muscles in my body.  What im thinking though is that your lacking something else.  You can type in mineral dificiency stiff legs and itll come up that magnesium will cause spasms and stiffness.  Maybe go to the store and get some and see what it does.  Hope this helps

Possible you have a mineral deficiency since everything comes back normal. Zinc is good for the nerves if that is what is affected.  Gingo biloba is also good for the nerves.  A magnesium deficiency causes irregular heartbeat.
