What's happening to my scalp?!

Two weeks ago I used B Blonde on my hair and then dyed it blue, I did skin tests beforehand and they were fine. I only kept the bleach on for 15 minutes because it started to itch. Now, two weeks later, the hair dye is fading back to my natural blonde but five days ago my hair started thinning. I'm pretty sure it's thinning. Every time I run my hand through it a strand or two fall out. Two days ago it began to itch, it was really uncomfortable, and still is. The back of my neck itches too. Today I found a few red bumps on my scalp, it hurts when I brush my hair and when I scratch them they bleed. Help me! Will my hair grow back? I'm supposed to be getting my hair dyed tomorrow, will my hairdresser be able to help?

I'm 15, I'm on the pill and I'm anaemic - I don't know if that makes any difference.

(Another thing, my cat had fleas and I have flea bites on my skin too, could that be a problem or would that not cause hair to thin? My parents say I'm being paranoid because I just dyed my hair and am noticing the shedding more).

(Also, I haven't had my hair cut in two years and my scalp feels really dry and oily, it feels flaky and tiny bits of dry skin fall off when I itch it.)
