Why am I dizzy, headachy, tired etc ?

Hello there. I'm a 30 year old male, and have felt somewhat dizzy for just over a week now. I have also felt quite fatigued, and head-achy at times. Each night, my stomach seems to make noises, and even feel a bit sore. Today, I was digging in my compost bin for a while, and afterwards, I felt REALLY sick (nauseas), and the skin on my forehead felt very tight and numb(ish). Then I vomited (despite not bring-up many solids), and felt very hot. My face was very red after vomiting, while the skin under my eyes was very pale. I still feel dizzy, and my stomach continues to make noises.

I should not forget to mention that just over two weeks ago, I fainted. When this occurred, I felt EXTREMELY dizzy and light-headed, like never before. I passed out, and felt very strange when I woke up. Despite feeling normal a short while afterwards, and went for a check-up at a trauma hospital. They checked my blood sugar, blood pressure, urine, did an ECG etc. The doctor seemed to think everything was fine, and estimated that I may have suffered a Vasovagal episode. For the next week, I felt normal....but during this last week, I've felt dizzy, fatigued etc. I revisited a GP, who again confirmed that my Blood sugar, pressure, urine was fine. She also took blood, and these tests also came back fine (apparently). She has put me on meds for Vertigo & for inflammation, but reiterated that this wasn't her final diagnosis. She also suggested a possible CT Brain scan, if improvements weren't seen. But, as mentioned, today I felt very nauseas, hot, and the skin on my forehead felt very tight.....after which I vomited.

Can anyone help to enlighten me as to what may be wrong with me? I hope I'm not developing Multiple Sclerosis, or something ?
