there's something to do with the food you eat. try to have a research of foods that can lower your blood pressure and avoid it. one i know is garlic.

You could have orthostatic hypotension or be hypotensive normally. You should get your doctor involved.

I would like to let you know I get them too sometimes. My mom gets them too. What i do is when i have dizzy spells i eat slow. After i eat i don't get up fast. i let my food settle first before getting up. the reasons for me to get them is because i ate later in the day when i didnt eat breakfast. then first to keep my stomach from getting sick and getting dizzy spells is to keep a snack with me all the time to keep me from getting dizzy spells and take meds. I hope this helped you out. and also talk to your doctor as well and also watch out for the food you eat cuz most of the food you eat may also trigger it like high is salt and fatty foods. to help most of your food is to use sea salt instead of regular salt and stay healthy and dont sleep just relax and lay down for a couple of minutes
