Why is my fever/feeling of having a fever not going away?

4 days ago I started experiences fatigue and my whole body started to ache faintly. The next day my periods started and I had fever for the whole day along with a headache and body ache and period cramps. The fever usually happens before my period but only for a day or two. I took a painkiller (paracetamol) and my periods stopped completely for a whole day. The next day I didn't have a fever as such but the sides of my neck became kind of stuff and if I press it there, it hurts. Though I have no problem in swallowing. And now when I feel my body from the outside, there's no sign of fever but I feel as it my toes, eyes, abdomen and neck are getting warmer and warmer from the inside but my skin is at a normal temperature. And I still feel extreme fatigue and cramps and don't feel like doing anything at all and my food intake has gotten so low along with not being able to sit in the AC or even under a fan without a quilt over me. And I also have PCOS so I had my period after about 4 months.

I'm sorry you are feeling so poorly.  Personally, I'd call your doctor.  You clearly aren't feeling well.  You can check your temp and if you don't have one . . .  you are just chilled.  but with so many things going on, why not get a doctor to check you out?  Most likely a virus.  Take care and hope you feel better soon.
