a bad third degree burn on my forearm

I have a third degree burn on my forearm about two inches tall and three inches wide I can't get to a doctor I'm worried about infection and don't know what to do what are some options I have for treatment to help prevent infection at home and from the pharmacy what kind off creams can I buy and what antibiotics can I take to keep from getting an infection

How are you doing now.? I hope that you saw a doctor abut the burn, they can get infected easily.

  As third degree burns are severe and require immediate medical attention if you cant go to a doctor then it would be necessary to go to an emergency room. For minor burns sometimes over the counter medications can help but only a doctor can prescribe antibiotics. This should be followed up on right away.
