My period was due on the 14th of this month & it was 7 days late and on the 7th day I started spotting it lasted about 5 days. Now I'm having lower back pain and some pelvic cramps. Am I pregnant?

it's very important you take a pregnancy test..if it's positive then there you go..if it's negative than it could be ovulation (has same symptoms as pregnancy) , stress, changes in eating, exercise changes etc can all alter ur period..have you taken a test? free at health department

Seems silly but I am assuming you had unprotected sex and you are not on birth control?  If so, when did you have unprotected sex and do you know when you ovulate?  Typically it is only possible to get pregnant when you ovulate which occurs approximately 12-20 days after your period starts.  So if your August period started August 14th and you had unprotected sex a couple weeks after that, you could be pregnant now.

With being 7 days late, then only having spotting (which lots of women do, especially in early pregnancy) and some cramping, it is very possible.  Without knowing specific timing of when you ovulated versus when you had unprotected sex though, it's hard for me to know HOW possible it is.

I would take a home pregnancy test too at this point.
