biten by 3 ticks

i was gettin n the shower a lil while ago and noticed that i had 3 ticks on me on different parts of my body. im unsure how long they were there bc 2 were where u really dont want them to be. they all had biten me and i did remove all of them. while 3 days ago i was very sick throwning up, the poops, my body ached so bad that i was almost n tears. so i was wonderin could this hav anything to do with the tick bites? should i make a drs appt, i do live n maryland were the tiny ticks here hav lyme disease. worried ur input would be great:)

If there is a "bulls-eye" around any of the bite you need treatment at an emergency room, rather than a "doctor's appointment". Ticks do not necessarily carry lyme disease. The fact you were sick may or may not be attributed to a Lyme disease infection. It is consistent with such an infection, but not definitive. Lyme disease may be sucessfully treated if antibiotics are give as soon as possible after the infection. Do a "google" search of images to see what a Lyme disease tick bite looks like. The "Bull's-eye" is quite definitive.
