chest back pain after only one session of weed/numbess back of the brain

So I smoked weed with friend seven days ago.My first time smoking after years. I inhaled like three times but the last drag I was using too much force to inhale and I think the weed was already out. I dont know what substance I inhaled I immediately got insane throat burn and chest back pain including brain numbness until 6 am next morning. I woke up and everything went back to normal. Today, it went back. Not very intense but I can feel it. I feel the mild chest pain back pain and brain numbess. Should I see doctor or just rest? Will it cause permanent damage? Thank you guys for help!
