Call an ambulance. Those are the sweet spots for serious heart problems. Not only the chest, but the neck and the arms and shoulders. If you do not wish to call an ambulance due to pricing, and those things are pretty expensive, get a blood pressure machine and check your BP. Any higher than normal: Get a friend to drive you to hospital immediately. Normal pressure: Put ice on the sweet spots and call your GP soon. Don't take any risks.

food can cause breast pain caffeine does affect many women by dilating vessels and stretching nerves, and many people find relief after cutting back on coffee. Salt works the same way for other women. Increasing fiber and those dark green leafy vegetables can help by flushing out excess estrogen. Some women find relief by taking a short fast or detoxification.
I suggest seeing your doctor!
