I think you will be fine, here is what I found on it: " Citalopram is the generic for Celexa and has an average half-life of approx 35 hrs, which means that it takes that long on average for the level in your blood stream to drop to half its initial value. On that basis, the level in your system would be approx 1/2 its initial value after 1 1/2 days and 1/4 its initial value after 3 days and so on. Because it has a relatively long half-life, however, if you are taking daily dosages, the level in your blood stream continues to build until it reaches approx 2 1/2 times your dosage level. If you then go off the drug immediately (not recommended unless under doc supervision), the same half-life rules apply. So, after 1 1/2 days you level would be 1/2 of your dosage level times 2 1/2.

Different classes of antidepressants as well as specific antidepressants within each class all have different half-lifes (a measure of the time to eliminate the drug from your system). Remember, too, that average half-life is just that - an average! Your specific metabolism may take a shorter or longer period to eliminate a specific drug than indicated by its average half-life. "
