constant headache,fever, malarai and thyphoid symptoms

Hello, for 5 years now i have bn having a feeln of being sick, tiredness, headache and my body is always hot. I have done test on malaria and thyphoid which shows a single positive(+) thin and thick plasmodium falciparum also some presence of the salmonella thyphi. Each tym, i get a medication on this but after a week the symptoms retunrs which are headaches, internal and external heat, tiredness, leg aches, heavy eyes, eye aches, dizziness, muscle cramps. Pls wat can i do?

Yeah sounds like you need a Dr that will do some testing and try different meds, obviously what you've been prescribed hasn't worked

See another doctor and don't give up until you get on the right type of meds. 5 years is way too long to be going through all this.
