The black-outs are consistant with stimulation of the vagus nerve while coughing, which drops the heartrate. Nothing to be overly concerned about. Consider use of an over-the-counter cough suppressant. Sometimes infections, either viral or bacterial, can have a residual effect and cause lung irritation for a long time.
I have been to my physician last week. He recommended few blood tests all these test are O.K & also advised me for another 7 days anti biatotics. The severity of black out has reduced, but cough is still there. In the past I never had problem of any allergies.
do you have whooping cough? the blacking out is a common symptom for this disease
Well if the cxr's (chest xrays) have been normal then there could be something else causing the coughing. Are you on any kind of medications? Had bad allergies or something?
