does my workout look good? and is my breakfast good, always feel full after.

I want to know if my fitness routine is good, or do i need to change it up?

Monday: Interval Rowing 35 Minutes
Tuesday: Crossfit type workout 50-55 minutes
Wedneday: Swim 35 minutes
Thursday: Rest
Friday: interval run - 45 minutes
Saturday: a workout dvd from jillian michaels or another crossfit workout
Sunday : rest

Also I want to know if my breakfast is too big or if its small?

right now for breakfast I have:

2 tablespoons of flaxseed meal
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
some almond milk
1 peice of fruit
a table spoon of almond butter

thank you. im 21, 5"1.5 and weight 114 pounds.

trying to get down to 110 pounds.

A healthy and good breakfast is very essential as it helps in maintaining your energy levels and metabolism throughout the day. An ideal breakfast should be rich in proteins, vitamins, minerals and all essential nutrients. Your breakfast is causing you fullness if it is severe it is best to consult a nutritionist and discuss it. Do keep me posted.
