drug interaction (decrease ineffectiveness, health concerns)

Hi I have a question about the interaction between certain medications/drugs. I'm a 22 year old female, 165cm, and 64kg. I have been diagnosed with PCOS (I've had all the symptoms quite severely for the past couple of years now). I have started taking Duromine 40mg roughly two weeks ago (took the 30mg for a month before that). Started at 69kg at 165cm. 2-3 weeks into taking the 30mg I was I longer feeling any side effects at all including appetite suppression. After a month of taking it I was down to about 65kg. Then I started taking to 40mg, I am currently two weeks in and no longer experience any noticeable effect, weight is still decreasing but much more slowly (currently at 63.5kg). I have also been prescribed Diaformin 500mg, Spiractin 100mg, Vitamin D 50,000 IU tablets, I am a heavy smoker, and smoke cannabis on a nightly basis. Is this combination decreasing the effectiveness of any of the medications I am taking? What effect does this have on my health, are there any risks I should know about?
