I have a freezing sensation on my forehead and also my blood pressure is 102 over 75 so Very low, is this linked?
Also the cold feeling is behind my eyes too.

Having a fever can make you feel cold and give you the shakes. Your blood pressure is normal. Do you have a virus or any other symptoms? If not do you a wound or anything like that? How high is your fever?
