so you would like to be tall? We all grow differently, some get tall early before they become teenagers and some get tall in their late teens. What's super important is to have a healthy diet so you have the building blocks for your bones to grow. For that you need lots of milk, yogurt, and cheese, along with five servings of vegetables and fruits. If some food makes you feel sick (sore stomach, diarrhea), then I would ask your mom to get tested for food allergies. If the food won't get digested properly for you to get the nutrients to grow.
I noticed from your profile you went on a diet. What diet did you follow? It's a good idea to focus on healthy eating (you can eat as much vegetables and fruit as you want, avoid fat and deep fried foods, limit sugary snacks) than it is to follow a typical diet you read about in magazines. Dieting like that can actually stunt your growth. I met two brothers, one who avoided milk, ditched half his food into the garbage and snacked on treats, the other ate everything their mother cooked. The one brother grew tall, the other almost two feet shorter.
So there's no quick solution to growing taller. I would talk to your mum or dad if you're getting bullied for being short. Always keep in mind that kids grow at different times in their life. If you eat healthy, you'll be as tall as your mom or dad, and most kids get taller because of the better food available today. If you write back what you typically eat in a day, I can offer some suggestions.

i eat whatever my mother gives but i lyk to eat spicy food more,
moreover my height is 5.3 i want it to be increased a bit .
Spicy foods are very good for you! But you still didn't state your age!!
Hi
Your Mom sounds like a good cook. You can always ask her for more milk, yogurt, cheese, fruits and vegetables.
For your height, here's a chart for girls.
http://www.chartsgraphsdiagrams.com/HealthCharts/height-2-20-girls.html
So you're 5 foot 3 inches, that's 63 inches on the chart. The dark line is 50 percent, meaning an average person. So if you are 13 and half years old, being 5 foot 3 inches means you are average height for your age. If you are under 13.5 years, your are considered tall for your age.So if you are 12 years old, you are tall for your age even if other girls are taller in your class, compared to all the girls in the United States, you are taller. If you are over 13.5 years, if you look at the chart, you are still considered average height for a girl. So I would not worry, you are healthy according to the chart. If you are 13, then you are still growing, and will be taller than the average girl by the time you're 18 years old.

I just read on your other post that you are 15 years old. Girls stop growing tall usually by 18 years old. You can read this site.
http://www.bigsiteofamazingfacts.com/when-will-you-stop-growing
So it is possible you will still grow taller, I think maybe two or three inches. Height is part genetic, part what food you eat growing up. Even if you don't grow taller, it's what is inside that makes you beautiful not how tall you are.
On your profile, you mentioned you were dieting. Your weight is actually low for your age and if you want to grow taller, please do not go on a diet to lose weight. The average weight for your age and height is 115 pounds. If you think you look fat, then I would exercise as it is a way to tone muscles instead of dieting to lose weight. I don't think you are fat. The pictures in magazine are air brushed digitally on the computer to make girls look thinner than they are in real life.
