I agree with the above posters. I hope that by now she has seen a doctor and gotten it resolved, what you wrote did not sound too great, but, then again, maybe it was nothing more than a bite and old blood as remar said.
Please let us know what was said.

The black liquid sounds like it could possibly be old blood. She may have been bitten by an insect, a possible staph infection or several other things. This same exact thing happened with my nephew and come to find out he had a bad case of athletes foot. Antibiotics cleared it up. Please let us know what the hospital says. I hope it's nothing serious. Remar
She needs to go to an emergency room as of five minutes ago.
Don't pass go. Don't collect two hundred dollars.
Don't wait for an appointment with the family physician.
you need to take her to the emergency room and quick because if that is happing it could spread abd with it making a hole it will take a long time to heal and if it dosen't heal it might have to get amputated...a staff infection does not consist of black liquid..GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM ASAP...brittany
She just found it this weekend, so she's calling the doctor tomorrow as soon as she wakes up.
Just read your post and am wondering if your mother has been to a doctor that sounds serious... not too scare you but i'd be worried about (spelling may not be correct) gangerine setting in.....she is best to seek medical attention as soon as possible... please keep me posted... best of luck to your mom
