how do i know Im out of the woods for catching stomach bug?

My sister had stomach virus friday. She never vomitted here at home.only diarrhea. We have different bathrooms. I have disinfected the house several times with bleach water. She has been symptom free for almost two days. Am i out of the woods for getting or should continue to disinfect after she touches door nobs?? And for how long???

Well, unfortunately, you can be contagious a few days to up to two weeks after a stomach bug.  But usually it is 3 days.  However, she may have had gastroenteritis, etc. which isn't contagious.  I'd say you are in the clear but good hygiene to prevent illness is always a good idea.  good luck
