i am having really uncomfortable chest pain

I have been conjested on and off for awhile I have really bad sinus problems but about 2 weeks ago got really sick the got a really weird sharp pain in chest it hurts to cough to breath hurts when I move.  when I breath I can feel a rattle in my chest.  it got better then last night middle of night I tried to roll over and had this awful sharp pain again I turned back to my back and had to cough when I did it felt worse I was short of breath and it felt as if something just snapped togeather.  today when I take a deep breath sore and fill as if the breaths are deeper on left side what could cause this. I don't want to go to doc if its just a pulled muscle

Hello,
I would see your doctor as soon as possible, it could be bronchitis or a bad case of pleurisy. In any event, you want to have this taken care of before it gets worse.

My sister had this problem years back and thought she was having a heart attack, she went to the doctor and found she had plursey it the next step to having walking pneumonia.  You definitely need to go to the doctor asap, before it turns to pneumonia
