Unexplained weight loss / amenorrhea / low pulse

I'm an otherwise healthy 30 yr old woman with no other serious symptoms. In general, I feel energetic and good. I try to eat a good diet though granted I am something of a picky eater. :-)

In the last 3 years, though, I have been steadily losing weight down from a somewhat chubby 120 lbs for a 4'11 tall now down to 94-95 lbs last time I weighed myself. I have always been active, and maybe I am eating less than I was before but I still feel like I am eating a very healthy number of calories for my size (was between 1500-1600 as best as I can estimate, lately my appetite has not been good and I am calculating closer to 1400). Though at 95 lbs and 4'11, I am not underweight, it's a little concerning that I am continuing to lose weight despite not changing my eating habits. I have also not had my period for almost a year. I was checked out by my doctor for having a heart rate around 50, but multiple EKGs were normal and with the absence of other symptoms they decided not to worry about it and figured it was just because I was doing a lot of biking. I used to have excessive menstrual bleeding off and on since my teens all the way up until a few years ago and have struggled with severe insomnia since age 19. Does that sound thyroid-related? My symptoms don't consistently match either hyper or hypo. Or the other swing of just hormonal issues and should I try going back on some type of hormone regulator?
