you need a strong dose of antibiotics, it is sinus infection.  throw out the rest , waste of time

drink lots of warm fluids, like tea and soups. salt water gargle  every couple of hours. rest and sleep early

If there is green, thats a sign of infection. If its green from your nose, it will be a sinus infection. if your ingesting it into your throat and chest. then it can turn into bronchitis. I would recommend telling your doctor that, and request antibiotics. (example-oxymetazoline HCl or Clindamycin)
