as i found it's not helpning me.
He even didn't tell me what to eat.

First off, are you still under a doctors care or have you stopped? If so, it appears he/she is not helping and I would see an endocrinologist. However, it is sad, most doctors, just do not know about what to do for liver health and it is one of the most important organs in our bodies.

As to what to eat, well, avoid meats, and sugars. Try adding a lot of fresh, organic veggies and fruits to your diet. Take the herbs "Milk Thistle" and "Dandelioin", these are called "bitters" and they help to de-tox the liver.

Try a liver de-tox, there are some on "google" but the one I know of is easy. You boil all kinds of veggies, mostly ones that are not acidic, then, you drink just the juice after they have boiled for about 10 minutes. Do this a few times throughout and eat very little, but, drink lots of "pure" water. I would do this for about a week, you may feel "icky" for awhile and that will be due to the liver be de-toxed, but after, you will feel like a new person. Also, mayke sure your bowels are moving, if they are blocked, you will have trouble with the de-tox as the toxins will back up inside of you and not leave, then, you WILL feel awful.  My naturopath recommends everyone do this once or twice a year as our foods now a days are loaded with so many chemicals, etc.

Hope this helps and good luck.

u need to go to a liver specialist and shouldn't be asking anyone for help.

Are you seeing a Gastroenterologist for this?  You need liver studies done.

What kinds of treatment have you done so far besides this radical diet?
