Try getting off of gluten, which is anything containing wheat, such as pasta, breads, pizza, spaghetti, etc. It can make a big difference in how your stomach feels. Also, if you drink beverages with caffeine, try to eliminate that too. Let me know how this works for you :)
It depends where you live I do know that in The US this year many stomach virus issues look into any environmental programs in your area, in mine in the US we have a program that causes people to get sick from the chem trails .Google for info
