lower left abdomen pain at night

Hi l am a 48 year old male. Recently l have been getting a slight pain in my lower left abdomen , but l only get the pain when l am in bed at night and not during the day when l am up, For example l had the pain this morning when l woke up but once l got out of bed it went away also when l urinate at night l think the pain gets better. Do you think you can guess what it is,  l am hoping it is not some form of cancer, do you think that would be unlikely

Hello~I would not think it was cancer as it would hurt all the time. I do think that you possibly have some misaligned vertebrae in your back that could be pressing on nerves, this would explain the pain when you are lying in certain positions as this would place the vertebrae in different positions as well, thus, causing the pain you are having.  The chiropractor will take some x-rays to determine the exact location that needs work. He will then give you an "adjustment" after a few treatments, you should start to feel lots better.

thanks , also if it was cancer would it be severe pain not just minor pain?
Actually, it can be both, but as I said, I really don't think it is cancer.
thanks, can lower back pain radiate to the lower abdomen and groin area to feel like its also coming from there but its only really coming from the back
