lumps on my groin

It was 2 weeks ago when I noticed some lumps on my both groin. These were harmless at first...since busy I just ignored. Now, i can feel some pain... please help me to know what are the possible causes of these lumps? would you think my frequent wearing of high-heeled shoes and uncomfortable setting when on travel have caused it? thank you.

the cause of the lumps are unknown.but i do not think is the high heel shoes. i believe is the type of underwear or the pad you have been using. now you say it hurt you need to go and check it because it might be a tumor.

Ellen I don't think you should dismiss this as caused by shoes or travel.  There could be a few causes such as hernia, lyme disease (do you have pets?), or even cysts.  You could try home remedies such as heat or ice but it's probably best to see your doctor.  Good luck!

If your glands are swollen in your groin, it usually means you have an infection somewhere.  Do you have infected mosquito bites on your legs?  Or an infected toe?  The glands swell to stop the infection from spreading too far.  Might need a doctor if you can't find the infection - so you can get antibiotics.
