Weird hunger pain

So a couple weeks ago I had this feeling like I was constantly hungry. I read it could be acid reflux, so I started taking my medicine again, and it went away. For about 2 weeks. Now its back, and the medicine isn't helping. I have no other symptoms. Just hungry all the time. I'm a 20 year old female, and I'm not pregnant. Any suggestions?

A lot of times hunger is caused by not getting enough  carbs in your diet,  at least that is what happens to me at times..  Also curious if you have started any new medications because some side effects can be hunger/weight gain..  Let know what you finally find out what is going on..
