IMy husband is diabetic and has the same symptoms  except for the spitting up of blood.  He aches all the time, has nueropathy ect.. This is from his sugar levels going from one extreme to the other..up and down drastically. This is worse for your body than if your sugar stayed at 200.  We are currently trying to better manage his insulin and diet at home, with the help of a nutritionist and endocrinologist,  Please seek medical help immediately .

You really should go to the hospital.  It sounds like your blood sugar is way out of control and is no longer manageable by home methods.  (e.g. insulin injection, medications)  You can develop ketoacidosis from prolonged high blood sugar, which will have some of the symptoms you describe, but not all.  Really, this is life threatening, you need to see a doctor.
It'd be lovely to say that it sounds like a food allergy, but if you've been diagnosed with Diabetes, then it sounds like your blood sugar is too high.  Normal range is 70-115ish, so if you have a meter, which you should, check it and see, then if it's above 160, call your doctor or if it's higher just get to the hospital.
