i came off the depo in may since november ive been bleeding every week is it just my period trying to get back int routine ?
I don't think so, I think it is your body reacting to the hormones trying to balance back to normal. I had the same problem and that's what they told me. You will bleed most likely for a very long time. A few months. Once your hormones are balanced again, and your body has maintained it's homeostasis, you should stop bleeding.
I was on demo for two years and after I got off my period returned to normal. You should see an obgyn because that isn't normal to be bleeding every week
