Vaginal bleeding after a bowel movement

Hi. Im a 22 year old female and recently every time I have a bowel movement I have vaginal bleeding and I notice it only when I finish using the restroom. It only happens when I don't have my period. I just recently ended my period a couple days ago and when I used the restroom it happened again. Does anyone have any ideas what it could possibly be and if I should see a doctor. Thank You.

im not sure what it could be but as a possibility it could be an infection or a
problem in one of your sphincters it could be a minor form of a hernia if you're straining a lot also even if your pooping. it could cause strain in the vaginal area.are you sexually active?
