If it only happens when you masturbate then it's from having an orgasm and that is normal!! and you don't have to insert anything into your vagina to have an orgasm with the discharge. If the discharge happens without you masturbating then you should see the doctor as it could be a yeast infection

It is normal for growing children to explore their bodies. You should be able to trust your physician and talk openly, because most likely they have seen and heard it all. Especially in this area, because this is common. The white discharge is probably caused by an orgasm.

Don't be embarrassed! Masturbation is normal! has the doctor given you anything for the white discharge because the doctor thought it's a bacterial infection? Do you only have the discharge after you masturbate and do you masturbate every day? If the answer to this last question is yes then the discharge is probably from masturbation and that's normal!!!
If you masturbate with your hand or any vibrator make sure you wash your hands and the vibrator before and after you masturbate.

if its white and cottage cheese looking type discharge, it probably is a bacterial or yeast infection. you don't have to be embarrassed of this, everybody has a different sexual experience in life. and every woman gets (sorry to sound gross lol) vaginal discharge. don't ever be afraid to talk to your doctor about things that go on in your body. always try to be open and honest about everything. if its any peace of mind hun, i'm sure they've seen and heard A LOT worse.
blessings,
