reoccuring pain in liver area and stomach. Ranges from ache to stabbing pain

Hi all, I've been suffering for quite some time now and am beginning to become more and more concerned. I have been getting reoccurring pain in my stomach area as well as my liver area. It either aches or I get sharp stabbing pains that are very painful that only last a few seconds and go from the top of my abdomen all the way to my pelvis. My bladder also hurts at times with the shooting pains at times. I can not feel when I have to urinate anymore only when my bladder becomes extremely full and then my kidney area begins to hurt in my lower back. I am only having BM's every other 3 days or so and it is usually a smaller amount. I also seem to be losing weight. I've noticed my fingernails and facial hair seems to grow back faster then they ever have in my early 20's. I am now 26. Today I had also noticed a lump under my skin on the right of my neck with no indication of it being a zit or boil...it seems to be way under the skin but as I massaged it it seemed to go away....very weird. I suffer from anxiety, depression, a disease called diverticulosis and a recent CT scan has found a 10mm cyst in my liver. Now, I have had bloodwork done and all sorts of x-rays in the past as well as this recent CT scan and an MRI and no word on there being anything wrong other then the cyst which everyone believes to be benign , diverticulosis and anxiety/ panic attacks. Is it possible the extreme anxiety and liver cyst(even benign) can be causing all of this pain? I've read that the diverticulosis does NOT cause any pain unless you get the infection from a seed or some fine food getting stuck in a intestinal pocket which causes the diverticultitis. I've been so concerned and test after test has shown that I do not have the big C but I still believe otherwise. Can anxiety be the cause of this weight loss ? What is up with all of this hair growth and my nails growing back so quickly? I've read that these are all very bad signs of a serious even fatal disease such as the big C. My main issue is the pain. Anyone, everyone please help me with some good advice or ideas as to why I am suffering so much. What should I do? The Dr. won't address this pain or do anything to help it. He doesn't seem to see anything other then symptoms. Should I see another Dr. and maybe get some more bloodwork done to get another opinion? Thank you Medhelp. Your help is valued and deeply appreciated.

Hey, thank you for replying Ricobord.Apologies on the delay.Yes, you seem to be right. I have an appointment coming soon too.Thank you. Yes ,this makes sense to make a list like you have advised. I had done this before too but he just took the list and entered it in the pc and said they are just symptoms and that was that. I have been educating through the net and plan on getting this settled if I can. Thank you again. This seems to be very good advice. Thank you for the help. :) Hope you have a great weekend.

It sounds like you need to go see your regular doctor. Sharp pain in the abdomen, losing weight, infrequent bowel movements, and being unable to feel the need to urinate are significant symptoms that definitely demand some answers.

Make up a list of symptoms and take it in with you so you don't miss anything.  Sometimes doctors see an anxious patient and dismiss many of their symptoms as a physical result of the anxiety, even when there is a real medical issue. If you are well prepared, you will seem less of an anxious person and more of a patient with real symptoms to be concerned about.

Hello, sorry to double post it's just that it seems i've got so much going on and i'm extremely desperate. This one is very strange but I am very concerned.I've got many issues on going on and weird things with my body. I've been experiencing pain in my stomach area that feels like a dull ache or sore as well as my liver area and abdomen altogether. It's either dull aches or sores or really painful blasts of sharp stabbing pains. Then last night I was at a friends house watching movies and I noticed a hard lump in the right side of my neck right under my jaw and so I massaged it and the more I massaged it..it started to go away. After words it has been sore here and there on the inside of my throat but no more lump. What the heck could that have been?No last but not least as I don't know how serious this could be I have found a HUGE lump in my ear canal. I believe it has been due to this...I have an addiction to cleaning my ears out with cotton swabs on a daily basis. I don't know if it's me becoming OCD about keeping out ear wax or if it's that I like how it feels to clean my ears out. So i had an itch in my ear and went to scratch it to find this huge lump almost completely blocking up the hole in my ear canal. It does not hurt but it is very hard and again pretty much obstructing my ear canal. I noticed it awhile back actually but it was very minor and didn't think anything of it. Now I am very alarmed it has grown in size. My right ear is perfectly fine and it only shows me how far from normal my left ear is. I'm so scared it might be something serious and have read up on it and so far I've gotten that it could either be a cyst or a benign tumor or that there is a possibility that it could  be serious? What should be done? What kind of test or Dr. should I go to ? Would a visit to my primary care physician suffice? Blood work and a biopsy? Again there is no pain..wouldn't there be pain if it was something serious?
