required blood transfusion for bleeding wonder if one loses any acquired immunities?

Had the polio vaccine and had active cases of measles, chicken pox, mumps.  Age 73, male, metabolic resistance.

Hello~I don't think you loose your immunities, but to make sure, I would certainly ask your GP.

Hi there.  This is really a fascinating question and I had never thought about that.  Here is a great resource to look through on the subject.  https://immunisationhandbook.health.gov.au/vaccination-for-special-risk-groups/vaccination-for-people-who-have-recently-received-normal-human  You should be covered for vaccinations or immunity that you've had previously.  It also gives guidelines for any going forward.
