Try out the following instructions-
Start with a clean, dry nose. Use a soft, warm washcloth to gently clean under your nose without irritating it any further.
Apply aloe gel to the tender skin. Aloe is readily available in any drugstore, and very inexpensive. Some aloe marketed for sunburns also has Tea Tree oil in it, which helps the healing process. Reapply as needed throughout the day.
For a very sore nose, you may want to try applying a skin ointment, such as Lanisoh lanolin, on the area at night. Lanisoh will help heal your sore nose even faster than aloe.
I think his will help. See a doctor if needed. Good Luck
