stomach ache & headache?!

So these past two weeks , I've been waking up with stomache aches & feelings of throwing up. It's just every morning. I thought it was because I would eat in the night. So I stopped eating in the night , but I would still wake up like that.
I have to use the bathroom every morning , which I heard it's good for you, but it has left me to go to school late.
I don't like taking any pills or medicine cause nothing works for me. :/
If the stomache ache stops it leads to just feeling of throwing up.
& about my headaches, it's the same too.
I have headaches all day , everyday. It $ucks ALOT!
But the heachaches might be caused by my thyroid illness i've had my entire life. It just $ucks that I need to deal with these for the rest of my life .
No pill or medicine works for the headache either.
I just dont know what to do. :/

Water is so essential!!  Sodas, tea and coffee don't cut it.  Even Crystal Lite and such are no good.  They all dehydrate you.  If you don't like the taste of water add a little lemon or lime juice to it.  But do stay away from artificial sweetners except for Stevia or Xylitol.  Hope you feel better soon.

Yeah I am going to go do that :)
Maybe it is connected .. I'm going to find out

Well I never went to the doctor when I felt sick. I just went for my headache.

That can be the problem. I'm gonna make sure to drink more water often.
Thanks for helping. :)

Well it is a good idea to get your eyes tested, as that could be the cause of the headaches.

But as you have tummy problems, it seems to me as if the two are connected.

What did the doctor say about you feeling sick?

It is important to drink water whether it is hot or cold.  The average is about 2-3 litres per day, but if you sweat or exercise a lot, you may need to drink more.  Dehydration can give you headaches, as well as concentrate your urine and can result in kidney stones.  This is why I suggested you get your urine checked to make sure your waterworks are OK.

Hope you get on OK

I've actually just started taking vitamins. Could it be that?!
I'll try to look for that. I take anything & everything to see what helps, none of it has , but I'll find that.

Thanks jemma & silverfox67 :)

No i'm not pregnant. I have safe sex.
Water? Hmm that could be a reason :/ I never drink water , unless it's the summer cause it get's hot.
I've actually went to the doctor before for my headache & all they said was that maybe cause I need glasses. I'm making an appointment for that , for my glasses.
Well I go to the doctor's in a few months , so i'm going to tell them about my problems. Hopefully they know what's going on.

Vitamin B, CoQ10 and Calcium taken together will oftentimes stop a headache.  could be a vitamin deficiency if you aren't taking vitamins.  Anymore our food has been tampered with so much that we don't get the nutrients from it that we should.  I hope you feel better soon.  If you don't like taking pills, perhaps a liquid would work better - Natural Calm from the health food store is really good for: Restless sleep, back pain, neck pain, headaches, fatigue, breathing difficulties, nervousness, muscle cramps and other symptoms.  It won't interact with your thyroid meds either.

It there any chance that you may be pregnant?

If not, it could be a tummy bug.
Or water urinary infection.  For this take a urine sample to be tested by your doctor.

Make sure you drink plenty of water.  Although your headaches may be because of your tummy problems, dehydration will give you headaches too.

Whatever it is, you really need to be examined by a doctor, the sooner the better.

Hope you get on alright.

Best wishes
