can a stroke cause one pupil to be larger than the other?

Yes, it can affect your eyes in general. If you have not done so already, I suggest a visit to an Ophthalmologist.

I used to work in the Optholomgly field and I have seen patients compalin about their pupils. You pupils can become large when you have had a stroke. If this is not a normal thing I would get this checked out right away. Because it can affect your vison and health.
