Hi there,
The exact location of your knee pain can help your doctor determine the nature and severity of your injury. A deformed and swollen knee may indicate a fracture or internal ligament tear. At the same time other causes of knee pain like bursitis, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis should also be considered .See an orthopaedician. He will examine you and determine if X-rays are needed or not. Take some over the counter analgesic. That may help. Do write to me again with more details.
Best luck and regards!

sounds like your right you overworked your knee, try elevating it and just stay off of it until the swelling goes down, maybe a cold compress will help too as that relieves swelling...good luck!! wish i was in disney lol
