tightening after brth

hi! i know this has to be a common concern for all women. i am 20yrs old, have a 10month old and will be having my second son in April. so my babies will have been born right after each other. after my first birth i had to have stitches on my vagina.  i was very scared since im so young you know? in about to have my second baby and worried that things wont tighten back up...im only 20!!! please dont be too harsh

Don't worrie i know that feeling im 22 and I'm having my second kid and i never had the time to lose my baby weight from my first one but all i can say is the best thing to do is talk to ur doctor about it and see what the doctor says

well i was in alot of pain and dont even remember her saying she was gonna one. and no i was never told to do kegals but i have been doing them. idk if im loose or anything, my spouse doesnt complain. and i did read somewhere that the cut is rare and unlikely to happen. i was like, WHAT??!! why me? i couldnt pee or poop or anything related for two months and to this day i get this weird sharp pain where the stiches were

I assume that you mean that you had an episiotomy when you say stitches on your vagina. Saying that, I would do a few things. 1) Discuss why you had one in the first place with your OB. 2) Request to not have another one and instead try natural non-invasive non-surgical solutions

3) do lots and lots of kegals. You can start them now if you haven't been told to do so already. You may even want to do some pregnancy yoga to help make you feel better in all areas as well.
