Consider that you might have a condition called silent migraines that causes relatively minor silent migraines (without the actual headache).
I recognize what you are talking about, because I have had that sort of thing my entire life. It is a medical condition. Usually we are born with it. It doesn't surprise me that you still aren't sure what you're dealing with. I wasn't even diagnosed with the migraine issue until a couple of years ago, but I've had the symptoms you're talking about my whole life. It turned out to be from silent migraines.
Migraines can cause extreme fatigue.
It sounds like you need a good therapist or better yet a good friend to talk to. I don't want to preach, but prayer and/or meditation can help. Mostly what will help is getting out of the house w/o the artificial energy helper. There are many things that can be to blame, first of all depression, secondly it could be your diet. A positive outlook can make all the difference, but you can't have a positive outlook if you're looking @ the world through a drug-induced filter. Please talk to someone who can help. Reach out to a friend to lean on. Please let me know how things are.
