Sublingual Vitamin B 12 is recommended for fatigue. But I would suggest a good multiple vitamin and real food. TV dinners don't have the nutrition that cooking real food has. - Sorry, I don't know that you eat TV dinners, it's just that so many people do because it's so convenient. If you eat fast food, try to stay away from the bread. The bread is a simple carb that will make you sleepy and fatigued about a half hour after you eat it. Snack on nuts and fruits for energy.
