trouble sleeping

I wasn't sure what other area to put this question in, because im not so sure where it fits...I have had some severe trouble sleeping for a few weeks now. I go to sleep and wake up like 2 hours later in a really bad sweat, and I get chills, and I have been getting like this really bad shakes that seem to start in my stomach, and I like can't sit all the way up. I just want to curl in a ball, and i get really nausiated. I was sick about a week ago during the day too, like a stomach flu or something, but I have been feeling better, except at night.

Also, I have noticed myself shaking a little bit with my hands during the day, and I have been dropping some things when I go to pick them up. All summer, I have been kind of groggy and dizzy acting. Could eating a lot of slim fast products containing chromium cause any of this?

you dont say if you are taking any Meds as you could get side effects ,Perhaps you are still getting over ,a virus and its just a matter of more time to feel better.Could also be low bloos sugar, if it continues perhaps a visit to the Doctor would be a good thing.
