kinda an odd question but do you shave there? It could be possibly that bacteria on your razor has caused an infection which will cause itching and bleeding because its such a sensitive area... It can also cause you to swell in the area from the constant itching. A yeast infection will also cause you to itch and if irritated enough it may bleed on the outside as well without having a discharge... i would keep am eye on it and if it doesnt start healing i would see a doctor...

I am sorry to hear that medical insurance is necessary in your country in order to have your condition assessed by a medical health professional. Are you sure that there is not a public hospital that can offer you medical consultation and treatment. It is very important to your health that you see a doctor. Sometimes things such as this can go away, but secondary symptoms follow. These secondary symptoms can sometimes be unnoticeable, therefore giving false impression that all is well, when in fact it is not. Please , try to see the doctor about it. Correct medical diagnosis is necessary to enable correct treatment, and you need peace of mind, too. I hope the best for you. From me, for OurHealth.
