i am 42 year old woman, leading a sedentary life. i can hear some sounds in my head whenever i tilt my head or when i stand up suddenly . it sounds like electricity to me .is it the sound of my blood flow ? am i having too much blood pressure. i had a cavity filled but the filling fell off and i haven't again gone to the dentist.has that hole in my tooth got to do anything with this problem? i am also suffering from piles which are aggravated just before my monthly periods. i am fed up with myself.please help thanks in advance. i am also having some vision problems.

I don't think the tooth issue has anything to do with the other issue.

I would recommend basic labs done and an MRI of the head ordered for starts.

AAre you using aspirin for tooth pain due to the lost filling. If you are aspirin toxiity can ause tinnitis as well as visual disturbances.

The noise in your head sounds like Tinnitus! The Hemorrhoids (piles)
either use Preparation H  or see a Colon/Rectal doctor.
